Open day at the General State Archives

In 2026, the General State Archives combine the celebration of International Archives Day with the presentation of the results of the project “Digitization and Development of an Integrated Information System for the management, preservation, access, and promotion of the archives kept in the General State Archives.”
You will have the opportunity:
to get an initial look at the emblematic GSA digitization project, with 110,000,000 digitized pages covering 7 centuries of history.
to tour the GSA archival exhibition “Athenai are being built: the birth of a capital.”
to see original rare archival documents from the GSA in the Service Reading Room.
